• Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users
• Acts of impersonating other users
• Acts for commercial purposes related to this service without permission from the service operator
• Acts of unauthorized access or attempts thereof
• Other acts deemed inappropriate by the service operator

Article 4 (Suspension of Service)

The service operator may suspend or interrupt all or part of this service without prior notice to users if any of the following circumstances are determined to exist:

• When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates of the computer system for this service
• When it becomes difficult to provide this service due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or natural disasters
• When computers or communication lines stop due to accidents
• When the service operator determines that it is difficult to provide this service

Article 5 (Copyright)

All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to this service belong to the service operator or rightful owners, and the license to use this service under these Terms does not imply a license to use these rights.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The service operator shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes between users and other users or third parties in connection with this service.

Article 7 (Changes to Service Content)

The service operator may change, add, or discontinue the content of this service without prior notice to users, and users shall accept this.

Article 8 (Changes to Terms of Service)

The service operator may change these Terms at any time without notice to users when deemed necessary.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes related to this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the service operator's head office.
